Hey there 👋
I'm Venkatesh — a product leader focused on building AI-powered products from 0→1 & scaling 1→n.
I bring together product strategy, design, and go-to-market to take ideas from whiteboard to the hands of users.
Most recently, I've been leading product initiatives at a AI software engineering firm — launching an Agentic AI business vertical, strategizing products for US government agencies, global startups & enterprises, and driving the GTM strategy across two business units.
Before that, I built and scaled a B2B portal product from the ground up at a Dutch startup — owning the full product lifecycle from user research and information architecture through to development coordination, hiring teams and revenue growth.
Over 6+ years, I've delivered products across Government, HR Tech, Healthtech, Fintech, EventTech, and B2B SaaS — always operating at the intersection of product, design, and business strategy.
This comes fom my childhood!
My teenage was full of broken toys, not because I was a notorious kid "probably was" 😶 but because of my curiosity to know how these things work? You give me a new toy, and I would probably open it down in a day or two. Sometimes I made something out of it, and other times, well! You know what I mean.
From creating a power generator & brake lights for my 🚲 bicycle at the age of 14 to designing an emission-free ⛄ air-conditioner at 21. I've always managed to bring ideas to life.
I have also been an active volunteer throughout my University days where I organized national events & reality TV shows 📺, and have worked part-time with an event management start-up.
For me, it's hard to imagine a career where I can't collaborate, solve real problems, and build solutions to solve bigger problems.
