I'm Venkatesh — a product leader focused on building AI-powered products from 0→1.

I bring together product strategy, design, and go-to-market to take ideas from whiteboard to shipped product.

Most recently, I've been leading product initiatives at a AI software engineering firm — launching an Agentic AI service line, designing products for US government agencies, healthcare startups, and global enterprises, and driving the GTM strategy across two business units.

Before that, I built and scaled a B2B portal product from the ground up at a Dutch startup — owning the full product lifecycle from user research and information architecture through to development coordination, hiring teams and revenue growth. I grew from first hire to innovations head.
